Prospective authors are invited to submit high-quality manuscripts written in English. The submission of a paper implies that the paper is original and has not been submitted elsewhere. All submissions will be peer-reviewed by experts based on originality, significance, quality, and clarity. Authors should follow paper style template provided by the IEEE. The length of a submitted paper should not exceed 8 pages in the IEEE double column format. All accepted papers are likely to be published in the conference proceedings, by IEEE Computer Society.
